Just got back from fishing again with njflyfisher and we set up in hopes of catching a pike. Overall it was a slow day but at about 4pm the flag goes up and we start running to it. By the time we got there it wasnt spinning but thats because I got spooled and there was no line left. After pulling all the line in, a huge pickerel emerged. It was my biggest ever just shy of 27in so at about 26 7/8 inch. Njflyfisher missed acouple tipups but we also jigged up some perch and pan fish.
