Default Manasquan glimmer glass???

I am considering a move from crystal point yacht club to a slip on the glimmer glass in manasquan.....the thought of being so close to the inlet is very attractive. The downside of the glimmer glass is dealing with the Brielle road drawbridge? I don't know how much of an inconvenience the bridge is? And if it ever got stuck in the down position u are stuck in the glimmer glass with no access to the ocean. I would also lose some of the amenities of a bigger marina (ie plenty of parking, bathrooms/showers, security cams & night time security guards on site etc...) I also know the streets near the glimmer glass can flood (thru the sewers) with a high tide, no fun saltwater on the streets. anyone willing to share their experience of keeping a boat in the glimmer glass? Thx so much!
