Mugged and mooned

Went to SR last night and got mugged. When I seen two guys fishing in the spot I wanted to fish I left them alone and went across the lake to give them space. Well no sooner than I got set up there they were right next to me. Me not being one to not say anything I ask them what the f they were doing and this what I got. (picture) have video to but didn't know how to post it.
Oh only two hits no fish and one A-hole.
Anyone recognize that butt head please let me know.
