Sounds like a great idea Jim.....Probably gonna stick w/ more people friendlier fish such as cod or flounder though...people who are not in the know about how tasty Perch is might be hesitant to try something new.........I like your idea in the paper cone.....I make a killer homemade cocktail sauce that is great for dipping these in....the secret is extra horseradish and add tabasco also and squeeze lemon in the sauce as you mix it...Mmmmmmmm.....I may be heading out to Hopat tomorrow morning.....you(or anyone) interested?...LMK
