Default Solid Swartswood quickie 11/29

Well i had "plans" to hit up GWL in my buddy's boat, but apparently waking up at 11:15am is too difficult lol. Registered my new truck, ran home to throw the yak on it, and headed to my friend's house in Sussex County. Helped him get his yak loaded up and we took the 15 minute ride to Big Swartswood. Got a late start, as we got on the water around 3pm. Paddled to one of my spots and had some quick action. Picked up a quick slab Crappie, good sign. Few minutes later hooked into a little Walleye. Just as the sun was setting, I got wacked by what first felt like a trophy Walleye. Brought it up and saw a nice healthy football, quick measurement at 19" and a release. Winds picked up, guides got icey, sun went down and it got colddd. All fish caught on jigs approx. 30ft.
