Raw Claws clamming report 4/13
Headed out to the keyport flats area with a bushel of clams.
Got set up and started cracking. First 2 fish were keepers at 28", 29". The next 7-8 fish were shorts. Fish were finicky today often just sucking the bait right off of the hook. Tap,tap and gone before you can set the hook. As the tide turned I hooked up with this 34" beauty on my Penn Battle 3000. Fish took 50 yards off the spool before I could get him turned around and to the net. Thanks Rick for another great trip
