3-16-13 Today we made our way out in very nice conditions...Basically flat calm all day long,,Snow showers most of the afternoon but not much of an issue..I thought spring was coming?Any way we tried some different areas today and depths..Found some life actually in shallow,,,some cod,,and some ling but it was short lived for the first drop.Went in a different direction after that than we have been in while and was not happy with the life....pretty slow...Occasional ling,,,and less perch life the further north i went...Ended up backtracking but overall it was slow with maybe a dozen Codfish caught,,,3-4 keepers...few ling here and there,,some keeper blackfish that had to go back...some eels,,some dogs etc.....Water inshore 39 degrees..Tomorrow we are going back at it,,the weather looks real nice again,,,gonnna try some deeper stuff and some other stuff we have not been to lately....See ya in the morning....
