Sailed open boat with about 15 people. Conditions were good, not the 5' originally predicted. The wind was there but only gusting to 15-17 where we were. Got set up and there was lots of life on the first drop. Some "keepa size" and shorts around the boat to keep things interesting. Things slowed up around 11AM or so. Had 1 keeper at that point.
Made a move and that was kind of slow so Kenny made another move and that turned into a decent bite. With not many people on board you were able to skate around to whenever there were fish coming up. Wind died out in the afternoon as predicted and Kenny had to reposition us.
Good to fish with SaltLife who caught his limit. I ended with 2 keepers and a bunch of shorts. Bunch of limits on the boat, some with one or none but overall a great day out there. I wasn't watching to see if the mate was fishing

but Chris was always there if needed...as usual. Pool winner was around 8 lbs taken late afternoon from the spot I fished most of the morning

Great day on the Mimi as usual.
