Departed from Kenilworth at 3 am friday, arrived at the SR around 7 am. alot of anglers on the river but not an overwhelming amount. I didnt get there early enough to get 1 of my favorite spots but took a walk and found a nice pod of SALMONOIDS. I stood on this rock for 8 hours without moving, hooked up about 30 times and landed nothing but Kings. I did see 1 STEELIE on a stringer and it was a big one. Today, EPIC, tons of fish in the river and stacked up like cord wood. Every hole was BLACK, SILVER and RED. Stood on my favorite rock today and hooked up a bunch of times, landed well over my limit by noon. Lots of COHO'S in the river today, managed to land a couple. Kings are still ruling the river now. It also rained like hell this morning which brought up more fish and made the fish move around alot. As far as anglers go, there is a ton of people up there today. You might think they were giving away free I-PHONE 5'S or something. ITS BANANAS the amount of peeps up there, it may be worse than COLUMBUS WEEK!!! It was a great 2 days on the river and I cant wait to go back. For those of you who havnt fought these fish yet I definately recommend that you give it a shot. It could be 1 of the best fights of your life. TIGHT LINES, GOOD TIMES!!!
