Went to SR looking for some Hybrid and caught this Pike about 10pm he is about 25 inches, didn't want to stress him so I just unhooked him in the water and took the picture. Had a light out for the first time. I wanted to see if it would do anything, as you can see in the picture it attraced herring. Not sure I'm hooked on using it, but we did catch this pike and one of the 2 Hybrids we caught using it. As my fishing bud Tom said (all those herring around the boat can't be a bad thing) so we will see.

Flatcreek, by any chance could you be referring to Tom H? Just a hunch.
