Mid-Morning pond fishing + new PB crappie

hit a local pond from 9-11:30 and started off tossing a baby sluggo around the shoreline. got 2 dinks, then switched to a mini strike king spinner and was getting one after another near a submerged brush pile. when i was reeling in a fish it looked like a decent bass at first but realized it was a big slab crappie and now my new PB at 13.5" . continued to scale the rest of the pond and got 12 bass total. not a bad day but it was getting to hot, i packed up and left satisfied
