Bottom Paint for an Aluminum Boat

About the bottom paint my 16' aluminum since I had a bad barnacle issue last season. Scraped off all the barnacles and now I'm left with the calcium discs.

I'm gonna use the Interlux 33 but was wondering what you guys use for the primer after I sand?
