Default philly monkfish

i know your all to uppity for this but for those of you who can think outside the box and are willing to try something new:

2 ocean pout fillets cut into small bite size chunks
pot of boiling water
garlic powder and salt to taste

boil water with the garlic and salt, as soon as it is to a roaring boil drop in pout chunks, as the water comes back to a boil the pout will whiten and pull it out, it will become more chewy the longer it sits in the boiling water, i like the chewy texture but many may not. dip each bite size piece into hot drawn butter and it is yummy
