When the Stripers Coming to Belmar?

Hey Guys,
Newbie here (both on the forum and boating w/ a 50 yr old vessel

)
Went out yesterday early am was trolling w a mojo @ 7mph saw some marks on the finder early but no bites.
Question when are they making the run and whats the best tacticts to land one. Caught 1 last season w a liveline bunker....any tips will be appreaciated
