Default nighttime hybrids on the cong

yea the hybrids are still crushing the herring out on the big pond. i got out on the cong at 9:30 and wanted to see if the fish were still playing and i was not disappointed. i started with topwater and the action was slow at first but picked up around 11:00 and they were crushing my lure untill about 1:00am then it all stopped by 1:45am and i called it and went home. i got into 10 fish in that time but only landed 7 of them. the size ranged from 19" to 23".. i lost some lures too, one of my lures had the back set of hooks ripped out when i got him in the canoe. looks like i will be heading back to dows to restock my box, lost three lures total but it was worth it the action was great.all but one fish were released to fight another day. or night if you are into that sort of thing.
