had the day off due to flooding at the worksite, so instead of staying home and fighting with the wife decided to hit the river.

. fished north of route 80. water was a bit high but fishable. had a better day than i expected, got one just keeper walleye for the table. also caught the biggest chub i have ever seen. a couple of nice smallies (probably pb's) and dropped a couple more. also hooked and fought a shad for a little bit before the hook popped. was definatly a shad as if did roll on the surface a couple of times and i got a good look at the fish. was very surprised as i was above route 80. anyway, took a couple of picks of the bass but they are in my phone and haven't downloaded them as of yet so no fish porn today. all fish were tight to the bank with the high water. tight lines
