Opinions of Evinrude Ficht 115 year 2000?
I am looking at a very desireable Boston Whaler Dauntless 16'.
Boat is very clean but have heard some dark stories about 2000 Evinrude Ficht 115 motors. Is there any way to know what "useful" life may be left in motor? It is from a dealer who will warranty it for 90 days.....then what? Any personal experience with this brand. I currently have a 1996 Evinrude 115 which has been very reliable! Thanks for replies!
