A CONTRACT THAT COST MILLIONS OF $$$$$.
and due to the late start if its not finished by years end it terminates the work being done . The river needs to be dredged all throughout the channels, not just the ""corner"" as listed in the GPS locations. and lets just close the river for 4 days out of the week . seems to me that anyone with half a brain would have set up to do the dredging during the night to not impact the thousand boats that need to pass through the channel .
