Summer eyes on flies!

dog days of summer, what a myth! The fishing in nj is as good as ever in the summer! Get out there and enjoy!

Got a tip from mike and Headed out with my buddy arty. Fly jigging smacked up some nice fish again on the big pond, including some smallies and, to our surprise, eyes 10-15 ft over 20-30' depths. They enjoyed gobbling up the silver surfer and bam bam flies until they shut off for us completely around noon.
