first time trying gulp

i havent been on a party boat for fluke in a while...next month ill be going out and im going to give gulp a try. im going to use a bucktail with a teaser and was wondering if you guys put gulp on the teaser as well as the jig or only the jig... or if you have any other recomendations as far as gulp/ bait combo or anything. thanks for any info!
