Hit the Musky with the wife on Saturday and had a really nice day. All in all 20+ LM and a Pickeral. And it was old schoool fishin with a Texas-Rigged Zoom Green Pumpkin Ole Monster 10" Ribbon Tail worm. I haven't fished a T-Rig in a long time an it was awesome. Mostly caught them swimming it in 1 to 3 ft of 71 degree water. Even caught one fish by hand linning in about 50 feet of line after it broke off mid cast. After that I was to lazy to re-rig because it was toward the end of the day so I chucked out a hollow body frog and boom top water bite was on. Never expected it would work so well on a clear blue bird day like that. Over the next hour and a half the wife and I caught 7 LM on the top with many blow ups that did not hook up. All from a lilly pad covered area about 100 yards long by 10 to 30 ft wide. Quite the fun fishing in my book. Even lunch was old school today...check out the beverage of choice...a few guys on this board may remember those days!!!

Anyway it was an awesome day...here are some pics to prove it. Last pic is of the only other fisherman we ran into all day.
