Default Fluro Rigs For Bucktailing Fluke

Last season I rigged up 30 or 40 lb Fluro . I tied off a Dropper Loop ranging from 12-18 inches from bottom of rig. I then tied two Tactical Clips . One to the dropper loop , which I cut the loop first and then tied it .

The Rigs were finished with a Barrel Swivel and tied to the mainline.

The clips helped when Tide or depth changed , made it easier to interchange different Bucktail weights . I try and fish the lightest Bottom Bucktail , that allows contact with bottom/ structure , and always a small (less than an ounce up top .

Just wanted to get feedback on what you guys use for light gear Bucktailing.
Its rig tying time , so just wanted some shared experiences .

Might have worked better without the Clips ?
