So last saturday I planned to hit the Passaic. Then we got like a foot of rain. We decided to say screw it and go anyway. Launched in suchorsky? Park in little falls. Wow what a crappy ramp. Anyway downstream of two bridges the water was pretty clear picked up a smallie and a decent pike early on. We were able to make it through the two bridges area with no problems. 3-5' of water all the way through. Once we got through it was chocolate milk and the catching stopped. Finally deep into the meadows we found a nice back channel that was pretty clear. By this time I was frustrated and just throwing a senko on 6#mono hoping for a bass. Wouldn't you know it I hook into a beast of a pike. I'm sure you know what happens next. Pick up my bigger rod and next cast hook into another nice one. Scale read 15 actually felt heavier. Here's a pic to prove it.

Got more more decent one in there and called it a day.
