With the storm hitting tommorow, is tonight a must-fish?

With this massive storm visiting our lovely state this weekend, and today being the "calm before the storm", shouldnt the conditions be right for some pretty good fishing? I would think these fish would be filling up before heading to deeper/safer waters but then again, I am no expert
