North Branch 6/3/11
Caught two browns 12". Then an 18" rainbow grabbed my butterworm and headed upstream with me chasing it in 10" of water. Thank God I thought enough of bringing a net with me today. Waded back downstream and changed to a large gold Blue Fox spinner. First cast and another larger rainbow grabbed it, jumped straight up in the air and threw the lure. I fish this spot four times a week and never hooked any large fish all season until today. Where they have been or where they came from is a mystery.
