![]() Rented a cabin in narrowsburg ny next weekend. The cabin is on the ten mile river which I think holds trout. I know the upper Delaware runs through town as well.
Looking for any guidance on what to fish for, where to go, anything at all to help me bend a rod (not sunfish). |

![]() Never fished the 10 mile river, but the Delaware is teeming with smallmouth in that section. Perfect for wet wading in old sneakers. If you go a little further north like Calicoon and above higher concentrations of trout mix in and in each of the branches above Hancock you would need waders as the water will be cold and trout would be the main attraction. Other species as well like walleye and channel cats up there

![]() Lots of smallmouth in the D around Narrowsburg. The pool at Narrowsburg is allegedly the deepest one on the Delaware approaching 100' deep

![]() 100+ foot deep hole in a river, that area must hold a few very nice fish. A bit scary if you are wading also.
