Caught 13 lb and 11 lb carp in the Millstone River yesterday evening on my homemade corn meal bait. Carp bite best during a nor'easter.

I caught very few channel catfish in the Millstone River this year but I caught and released an 8 lber in Carnegie Lake recently. Most days I don't fish the river because my spot gets covered with duck weed when there is no wind. I would like to catch the 10 lb channel catfish that I released in the river a few years ago.

That Channel is a beauty! The Millstone is always hot and cold with me, just when I think I have it figured out it throws me a curve!
