Gulp eels and sandworms are effective in catching Stripers.

Just curious what bait they're referring to, bunker, clams, worms or eels? I've been hearing bunker have been very scarce this year. Surprising considering how many there were in the past 3 - 4 years. If so any theories what's going with them. Sand eels which seem to have come back strong this year and bunker are arguably the two most important bait fish in our area, would hate to see bunker fall off the charts again.

Last Tuesday night we fished with eels, we had a good catch of Stripers.
