That's what the water says to us from time to time whether we hear it or not. Lack of monsters on my line frustrates me, so do douchebags that leave garbage at my spots. Even when I'm fishing in Paterson amongst mounds of scattered crap I still take care of not leaving my trash behind. Besides all the trash and miscellaneous debris on the roads and riverside, the river itself seems to look great.
So while picking away at smaller carp that seem to be in the pre spawning motions of this wierd season, I also cleaned up another spot of mine while waiting for the bite. Came stacked with bait and bags and wound up running out of both...Good thing, right? Well there's still some trash leftover and I know the fish were still there!! Lol! Was able to bag like 14 bags of trash and recycling before the bait and bags were done so not to shabby. Pretty sure this carp was about 14 lbs as well... Coincidence?

Looks like Andy has worn off on you! Great job man. As they say, most people talk about it, some people do something about it! GREAT job on the cleanup. If everyone had that mindset even if just from time to time, imagine how clean our water ways would be. Again GREAT job taking the initiative to do something about it.

It still amazes and saddens me how many people don't think twice about littering with complete disregard for nature. See it on the Big D all the time, one of the most beautiful rivers around and people just leave their garbage behind after fishing. Don't understand how some someone can be such a slob.

Good looking carp, looks to be every bit of 12 lbs and loaded with eggs. Keep up the good work, that kind of karma will land you a huge pike this year!

very nice carp.i feel your pain about the j-offs that leave garbage around.i am always picking up trash around the cong when i am fishing there i don't like seeing trash when i am fishing,people who litter just suck period.thanks for your efforts
