Roman Round 11/2 limit plus bonus

It's so easy to post we got a limit plus our bonus fish when you have a 2 man charter. Honestly it wasn't that easy for Chris and Pete today who chartered the whole boat for themselves. We ran way into the back looking for life so we can run there Friday to fish with a stiff NW wind forecasted. It wasn't a bust. We had a keeper, the bunker were there and the birds were chasing bait. Not what I hoped for so we ran to 11a and had more bird life but scattered fish. I than ran out between the channels and was inundated with gator blues. Came back inside and caught a few more keepers and some slot fish on shads. It wasn't a bad day. We had 3 keepers and a mess of slots. And caught 5 monster blues. I'm disappointed I couldn't put my crew on some bigger fish. But that's fishing. Beautiful blue bird skies and fish to boot. Be back at it on Friday.
