Return of the Bubbster....and 1 for dad

Been a while since I've posted, or gotten on the water...Bubba's been preoccupied with baseball this year, and I thought we may lose him to the fields...But after our annual trip up to lake george, he seems to be back into the swing of things...Bass fishing was a lil bit off up there this year, but we did a number on a bunch of different species...he got his PB Pike, Crappie, and Bluegill while up there..

Since we got back, he's been asking to head out, something I havent heard for a while from him, so I was psyched to get out last night and this AM...he didn't seem to lose his touch, nailing a couple bass in our 2 trips to our 'home' water...



Really glad to have my fishing buddy back, thought we lost him for a bit there
Plus, he's damn good luck, caught a pretty decent bass from our 'lil mud puddle this AM with him by my side (dad's gotta show off once in a while, lol!)

Having been there...my boys are now 25 and 22...they may stray a bit, sometimes for years, but once you have it in them they are there for good. And looking at him in those pics I'd say he's got it in him. Both my guys still love it and still like to go out with Dad every once and a while. It never gets old. Great job and post. Thanks for sharing.

Good job for both of u- he won't forget it(I never have with my dad)critch hit it - fishings a slow burn,. hell settle in a pattern, and judging by ur posts, enjoy it with u, keep up the good work with him and enjoy it. Congrats on his pb- and Ur nice fish too
