After agonizing through the 1st period, I thought the season should end right now and end the misery..... BUT, they all must've drank the secret potion in the locker room and came out flying for the next 40 minutes!! Holy Mackerel... did it finally hit home that they're just throwing away the whole season? Or maybe they saw Sather, Gorten and Vigneault sitting up in the stands together at yesterday's practice discussing who is going to be shipped out in the next couple of weeks? Now, if they can only keep that momentum going !!!!

Nothing I love more then beating the Flyers at their rink.... once again the Rangers blowing opportunities to bury the puck..... when Yandle scored it was like I just won the lottery jumping all over the place..... 3 on 3 OT keeps you on the edge of your seat and then to score the 1st 2 shots in Shootout was the icing on the cake!! Felt GREAT!!!

That said.... Rangers IN DIRE NEED OF GUYS WHO CAN CONSISTENTLY SCORE!!!

what no hatfield,the gag line was the best!!!!!.they beat philly on the score board but not on the ice.i thought the entire 2nd period was all philly.don't get me wrong I'm glad they won but their game is still way off.

AGREED!!! They are just squeaking by with these wins.... they certainly are no powerhouse dominating any game.... The guys in the 60's were soooo much better, and getting so little money compared to these underachieving kids today who are all millionaires and not producing in my opinion...

he was ejected for breaking his stick and throwing it at the ref, which is an automatic ejection from game...... not for the punch. Actually, should have got automatic 3 game suspension, so the refs and league aren't playing by the rules either.. McDonagh is out with concussion.

Rangers better find some energy for tonight, because Nash is still out, now McDonagh is out, Klein playing with his finger in a splint, Yandle and Girardi are thinking they might be traded in next few weeks, Hayes has completely forgot how to put the puck in the net, and the PP is non-existent!!!

simmonds is a career scumbag, that's why. they don't give pieces of crap the benefit of doubt. all mcdonough did was put his stick up when that grunt was coming at him for a cheap shot. I wish he stayed in the game so krieder could run him over like a train. he should be suspended for as long as mcdonough is out with the concussion. that should be the rule for after whistle injuries.

I still blame the coaching staff mostly. you go into a game against the dirtiest team in the nhl and you don't play mcilrath? instead you put in old waste boyle and broken finger klein? come on. little things like this just make me wonder what's going through their heads...

I watched that replay over over.....then just watched it now once again. No way MacD just put his stick up. He pushed it out there into Simmonds jaw.

Kreider run him over? C'mon man, even a die-hard blueshirts fan wont believe that...that dude has no clue how to really put that 220+lb frame to good use...
