![]() I tie my own rigs and recently when tying my dropper loops some how I keep getting either kinks in the loop or the loop basically turns into a slip knot. can anyone help with why this might be happening. its driving me crazy. It does not seem to matter what pound line im using it just keeps happening

![]() If it starts to slip put your fingers inside the loop and pull it back out and then pull the ends again. That seems to fix it most times

![]() Hang the loop on something to pull it tight as you cinch the knot.

![]() I usually hook it around my front teeth without actually biting down on the line when I pull it tight. Also help the knot cinch with your thumb nails so you dont stretch the line inside the knot.

![]() when twisting the knot, make sure your twisting towards you and not away from you. Makes a big difference.

![]() Stick with the kiwi,does not reduce line strength as much as standard dropper loop.

![]() I twist 6 times for an even amount of twists on either side and this works out great for me!
