I truly believe that is one of the biggest problems with the inshore fishing this summer.the water has just been a mess.we started july with warm surface temps and real cold bottom temps with was causing some ugly water.now we just have the dirty green water everywhere.i know when the sea bass was open if the water was clean we beat them up when the green would take over not so good.

Don`t count on it. It`s unlikely until we have like a previous poster mentioned 25/35mph winds from the NE for a couple of days. Until then your just fishing dirty water and wasting gas.

Appreciate the info guys. No sense burning the gas until conditions get better. Probably just hang around SGR and do some fluking. I may not be able to take any home but at least I will be on the water.

Ripcharts is a great service and a sponsor here. www.ripcharts.com in addition to temp charts they also have chlorophyll images that show you where the clean water is.
