Default Fishing with Mr. Ed

So I get out of work yesterday and there is some crazy bastard with a horse head in my parking lot with a fishing pole hanging out of his truck. He “he haws” me to follow him. I’m like wtf???? But this freak has fishing stuff so I gotta see whats up, right???? So I follow him in my truck and he leads me to this puddle. He grabs the pole outta of his truck, I grabbed a rig in my truck and we walk to this spot. Both our first casts, BAM!!!!! Me and this Mr. Ed looking dude have screaming reels. 2 quality large mouth easily pushing 3lbs. I managed a selfie with this Baba Booey look alike and we get right back at it. In the span of 45 minutes we connected with 10 bass all between 2lbs+ to just under 6lbs. A pair of yellows both bigger than my size 12 sneakers, and a solid white perch that had some strange black lines on its side….If Mr. Ed ever greats you….FOLLOW HIM!!!!!!! He knows his spots!!!!!

Nice! No idea why horse head. But we sure got it from the horse's mouth--but for real.

Scotty,

Nice bag of fishes you got there. Love that perch man.

Looks like Mr Ed is taking all to promise land.

And my parents told me never to follow strangers.... No wonder I been missing all the sweet sports.

Glad I could be of assistance. Fun times! Regards, Ed

P.S. I know of a really good backcountry trout stream, but I'm inclined to spend more time drinking the water than fishing for some reason.
