Weekend trip

Not really new here but this is my first report. Since the sun was out this weekend i went out to try my luck at a few local spots. Hit a small lake for few hours tossing Senko and a white spinner. Alot of people on the water after the trout but did not see many hook ups.

I managed 5 bass in total. 4 tiny 1/2 to 1lb and one nice 4lb that spit the hook once i got him to the edge.

Overall a slow start to my year but felt good to break in my new rod i picked up for $30 at the auction..
