Yes...it looks a lot like a Dusky...

I don't see the double dorsal of the Sand Tiger but it has a similar snout and profile...

This is a dusky shark... Lacks the pronounced hump and extra large dorsal of a brown. The sure way to tell is the ridge running down the back of a sandbar- which the dusky lacks.
