Just my opinion, but I don`t think this has any place on this site. Yes, you linked fishing to the government shutdown, but personally I am more concerned with the additional 7 trillion dollars in debt that occurred on Obama`s watch that is being handed off to my children.

It's your opinion your allowed to express it. You're not obligated to sign it. It has to do with fishing, I posted it because it will be effecting millions of people who live day by day making a living on the waters trying to feed there families and pay there bills.

Question Re: End The Shutdown!

Does anyone know if this will have an impact on NJ boats? Heard they shut down a lot in Florida...

I haven't heard anything as of yet, but will not be surprised if the Tuna season and Offshore Seabass be closed because of it.....

Jay,
Petition is valid fishing post IMHO. Reason some Florida waters are closed is they are considered part of National Parks including the waters deemed as property of those parks just like Sandy Hook beach but not the water outside is part of a National park

Shouldn't and stress shouldn't effect Tuna or Seabass in our NJ waters as its got nothing to do with National Parks.

Plus the administration shuts down selective stuff they think will hurt the opposition, like not letting the war vets into the war memorial sites but allowing and encouraging the illegal aliens into the mall for their protest even thought it was "closed."

LOL or wahoo!! Turns quick doesn't it Doug. Hope it stays fishing and not the hypothetical BS this whole shut down is based on. All parties are wrong period.
