6-15-13 Finally a nice break from the weather...Flat calm and sunny, perfect fluke weather..Not sure of what we were gonna find after all that rain but we had fish on pretty quick this morning...We just picked away most of the day today,,we averaged any where between 3-7 keeper flukes a drift with shorts mixed in..Few sea bass here and there,,some sharks etc....Nothing real large but some nice fish in the 2-4 lbs range are probably gonna take home a nice pool of about 475 bucks!!The drift was very quick even though there was no breeze..Lots of current...I do think we could have done even better if we did not have such a screwed up drift that kept the lines running ahead or astearn...Look forward to tomorrow!!See ya then..

Great job by the Capt. and crew today. As Cappy said the current ran us up the side of the boat which made for bad tangles. I just don't get it ,you have the Captain of the boat telling you to put heavier weight , jig, ect. on and these dopes continue to fish with light weight shit. That was one of the biggest problems today. Capt. Bob did a great job workin the throttles to keep the boat straight and us in the fish. This is a class operation folks give them a visit. I managed one keeper 21inches ,beautiful day on the water.
