Default Fluke Public Comments Due by 3/4

The NJ Marine Fisheries Council is now taking public comment on the Fluke options and the final regulations that will be decided at the council meeting on 3/7. It’s very important to make your opinions know since these regulations will be in place for 2024 and 2025

Please email njmarinefishpubliccomment@dep.nj.gov with your comments

Does the Council make the meeting packet containing the options, staff/agency reports and public comments received available for review prior to the meeting?

The meeting packet is not available prior to the meeting. The documents are available when the minutes of the meeting are posted, along with comments, motions, votes, and public comment

Comments will also be allowed at the 3/7 in person meeting in Galloway and it's my understanding the meeting will be available via webinar as well... Once the webinar info is available I'll post it here, you'll need to fill out a form to preregister and that will get you the meeting link you need to participate.
