Down Deep - 5/12 Raritan Bay Striped Bass beatdown
Today aboard the Down Deep we ran another 6 am Raritan Bay Striped Bas trip for Chris and friends. It took more time to untie and get to the spot than everyone getting what they came for before the clock struck 7 in the morning. The guys fished thru super Stripers snappin in showers. Others returned to swim another day. The guys left heavy and happy with their iced up fillets as they stepped off the boat, without waiting around. Thanks everyone for sailing with us and all others who continue booking all their Jumbo Seabass, Ocean Trophy Striped Bass, Jumbo Fluke and bottom dweller meat trips going forward at a rapid pace. How is 1 fish per man heavy, Just saying. Glad to hear you got an early shot. Overall the fishing was lousy from most. Good job captain.

For some one fish makes a few nice dinners. It’s not all about killing all you can catch, it’s about getting out and getting in on the action and taking some home. Yes it was an off day for others including the Bull. Get out, get yours, postem up, tight lines Tog.
