nicely done. great footage! guess you have to watch for passing boats. all that line tangled around a prop would not be good for either of you!

Don't get the aquadrone. Horrible system and expensive. No reason not to get a basic DJI or other drone with GPS return.

I use a large capacity spinning reel (FinNor) that I've used for tuna in the past. I have 80lb hollow core braid on it but I'm thinking about re-spooling with 25lb spiderwire. I could probably get 600 yards with that.

If you watch the video, there's a distance meter in the bottom of the drone screen. I drop the lure at just about 1200 ft out in this one.
