SOLD: PROFESSIONALLY RESTORED - 1985 Mako 236 Inboard Center Console

1985 Mako 236 Inboard Center Console that was professionally restored in 2007. The boat is absolutely turn-key and running in perfect condition. The boat is currently in a marina in Monmouth County, NJ and available for sea trial for a serious buyer. Nothing needs to be done to the boat. Absolutely no expense has been spared in the restoration or upkeep of the vessel. The boat is one of the best riding under 25’ center consoles I have ever operated or rode on. The hull has an incredibly soft ride and does not pound with the weight of the engine in the center of the boat and low.

She cruises at 3200 rpm making 18-20 kts depending on sea conditions and load. My usual load is 3 adults and at this rpm and speed the boat burns 9.2-9.6 gallons per hour.

I am willing to negotiate including the slip for the remainder of the season for the buyer. Too many other things to list. Please let me know if you have any questions.

• Hull exterior is sprayed with Awl Grip Fighting Lady Yellow. Paint is in perfect shape and shines like new.
• Hull interior is sprayed with Awl Grip white
• Bilge painted with grey bilge coat
• Console painted with white Awl Grip
• Inside of console painted with grey bilge coat.
• Bottom is barrier coated and painted with Interlux Micron ablative paint. Absolutely no paint build-up or chipping.
• Custom recessed Lenco electric trim tabs
• New Stainless engine mounts
• All flotation foam replaced. No wet foam anywhere in the boat.
• Non-skid on forward casting platform
• New latches on all forward lockers
• Custom Starboard anchor locker and console hatches

• Fuse block mounted inside console
• All wiring is marine grade wire with heat shrink on connections.

• Fiberglass hard top with custom glassed in spreader lights and outrigger mounts
• Custom radome box that allows for proper angle when boat is running on plane

• Custom Fiberglass electronics box with LED map light
• LED dome light above console on underside of hardtop
• EZ2CY enclosure in excellent condition. Most zippers were replaced last Fall.

• Furuno 600L Color fishfinder with B744 Bronze thru-hull transducer with high speed fairing block.

Trailer
• Loadrite Dual axel bunk trailer included with the sale. Brakes could use some service but everything else is fine. The boat is stored on the trailer for the winter in my driveway and driven two blocks down the street to the marina.
