Passaic River 6/21

Finally got out for a decent amount of time today, and decided to try my luck from the shore. Worked upstream from two bridges with spinners, long bomber, and an Xrap but no joy. Saw them smacking unlucky souls on the surface, but they weren't interested in what i was peddlin'. Really nice day out though, bugs were a non-issue and water's looking better.

Saw some 'yak racks on the cars, so I wonder if anyone from here was out on the water. I'll crack this Pike thing soon I think. Too bad I can't 'yak cause of the back. Wonder how a mini bass-boat would fare on that water? Anyway, it will be that much sweeter when I finally land one.
