Every time that I was on the Paramount during the winter they had the heated handrails working.

On NK3 today. No heat on handrails.

Generally you don't turn on the handrails on days where the high is going to reach 50 or above.

When I was there on Last Saturday they weren't working either. The guy showed up to checkout the boiler when I was leaving, I guess he didn't get it working as of your trip.

Are the hand rails for a fishing break? How can you seriously fish
if you have one hand on a rail?
