50 qt swingback cooler seat

Brand new still in the box wise 50qt swingback cooler seat for sale. My wife got it for me to replace the one I have on the boat. Someone broke the back rest on that one. Unfortuneatly for me the one I have is a Moeller and the new one does not match with the bolts that have been mounted in the deck. Paid $369 + shipping. Will sell for $280. Local sale would be perfered. Reson for selling ? Cost of shipping back +20% restocking fee makes it not worth while
