SMB, Canistear, Clinton,Echo, Oakridge

Doing a tour of the state this fall for smallies and want to hit a spot up north(from East Brunswick) all of these lakes are listed as having smallies but these new guides dont give a rating for each species like one that was printed years ago. I remember seeing somwhere online a site that gave ratings. Anyone know the name of that site, or if you wouldnt mind giving your opinion of which of these 4 is best for smallies. Thanks
