Anyone fish here since they reopened it from that algea infestation thing? My buddy and i know the place pretty well but couldnt put a decent catch together the other day. I know other guys fishing other lakes that same time did well so im thinking it wasnt weather related. Wondering if the fishing is effected by what happened there...

maybe some chemical for the toxic algae or weed killer?

I fished little swartswood 2 saturdays ago, landed half dozen bass up to 3 lb and had a couple toothier critters bite me off. Maybe they had to do more to the big lake?

idk we'll find out in the fall i guess, it fishes better fall into ice we'll know for sure if something is wrong then!
