D&R canal muskies question

The musky distribution map on the NJFW site says "D&R canal 10 mile" is stocked, is this referring to the 10 mile lock area? This location does not appear on the annual distribution list. Does anyone know if it is in fact the 10 mile lock area and if they are still stocking musky in the D&R?

Tiger muskies are listed twice on the 2016 distribution list for both the "D&R canal" as well as the Millstone, does anyone know the areas stocked?

I caught and released a 22" tiger muskie in the Millstone River 5/26/2017 with a 1/32 oz jig and 2 lb test line but couldn't post the pic yet.

D&R Canal muskie / tiger muskie stocking points (channel cats, too), beginning upstream:

1. Griggstown Kayak & Canoe Rental
2. Canal Rd. near Suydam Rd. intersection
3. Blackwell Mills Rd.
4. “1929” Bridge over small tributary, just downstream of Blackwells Mill Rd.
5. Amwell Rd. Bridge
6. Manville Causeway
7. Chapel Dr. @ Somerset Christian College, Zarephath
8. Footbridge over canal @ 16 Weston Canal Rd, Somerset

Depending upon production #’s @ Hackettstown Hatchery: Some years, muskies are stocked. Other years, tiger muskies are stocked.
