First fish of 2017

Had the whole day to fish yesterday so took full advantage. Went to my go to spot in Jefferson not knowing what to expect. Threw large husky jerks and ended up with four bass and my new pb pickeral! Both bass and pickeral were following the bait to the boat and then i stopped it and gave it one twitch and BAM fish would hit. The pickeral had the head, girth, and mouth of a pike. There was also a nice baitfish tail hanging out of its gullet. Did not want to pull it out i would rather the fish digest it! Had to be 5+ pounds. Anyways it felt good to get my first fish of the year. Good luck to everyone this season!

There ya go dude! Way to get out there and make it happen! Nice LM and that Slime Dart looks rather large! Sheeesh! We got some huge Pickerel in this state!
